Please include the following information in your email:
Your name + student's name
Student's grade + school
How many years has the student been playing the flute?
If the student is a beginner to flute, does the student have any other music experience (ex: took piano lessons for one year, is in choir, etc.)?
Is the student currently participating in the school band or other musical ensemble?
Are you interested in in-person flute lessons or online flute lessons?
Are you okay with 60-minute lessons? (Please note I primarily only accept students for 60-minute lessons due to the amount of material to cover - theory, scales, sound, technique, etudes, plus solos and ensemble music.)
Is the student able and committed to practicing at least 5 days per week? (Specific amount of time the student should spend practicing varies based on student level and goals, but a minimum of 15 minutes x 5 days a week is expected for all students).
If accepted, what are your preferences for lesson day/time?
