Journal it out! Take some time to decide what your next goal is. Where do you want to be this time next year?
Once you have that, ask yourself these questions:

How would it feel to hit that goal? Be as detailed as possible.

What additional resources will I need to make it possible? (Time, a coach, money?)

What am I already doing that will help me hit my goals?

Is everything I’m spending time doing right now actually helping me to move the needle?

What am I doing right now that doesn’t help me get there? What might happen if I cut that out of my workload?
